Return Policy for The Dojo Shop

Welcome to The Dojo Shop! We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below to understand our guidelines and procedures.


1. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it. Claims for damages or defects must be made within 7 days of delivery.

To report an issue, please email us at support@thedojoshop.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the problem.

2. Non-Returnable & Limited Return Items

While we strive to accept most returns, certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or Custom Orders: Items that have been customized or personalized specifically for you.
  • Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final.
  • Perishable Goods: Food items, supplements, and other perishable products are non-returnable.
  • Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Please review these exceptions before making a purchase, as we cannot process returns on these items.

3. Returns and Refunds

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@thedojoshop.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Return Approval: Once approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item(s). Please do not return items without prior approval.
  3. Condition of Return: Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  4. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@thedojoshop.com. Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color, pending availability. We will process the exchange once we receive the original item in its original condition.
